We are in the business of providing professional design, survey and construction consulting services to meet or exceed client needs and expectations profitably. The purpose of our business it to provide professional services to our clients throughout the design and construction phase of various project.  Our customers will view us as professional, well connected in the community, attentive to detail and our services include Civil Engineering, Surveying, Planning, Traffic Engineering, Stormwater Management, Steel Surveying, and 3D Scanning and As-Builts.

Company wide, SANDIS has made a commitment to sustainable design and employee accreditation. SANDIS has over 125 LEED™ Certified and Registered LEED™ projects as well as many other projects designed to LEED standards. Our LEED Platinum experience includes the new UC Davis Graduate School of Business and the Newark Center for Health Science and Technology, the first LEED Platinum community college campus in the State of California. SANDIS’ environmental stewardship also includes the development of the original UC Merced campus, the first wholly sustainable campus in the University of California system.
