Project
Surveyor
Responsibilities include preparation of survey documents,
boundary resolution, construction staking calculations,
and assisting with the development of project scope
of work. This person will serve as a technical liaison
for survey / engineering groups and will provide accurate
and detailed calculations using survey software such
as AutoCAD and CC Survey. Qualifications include a
minimum of two (2) years of education in surveying
curriculum from a fully accredited college and two
(2) to five (5) years of surveying and survey project
management experience meeting client requirements
and profit objectives. Private practice experience
is preferred. Must be able to effectively communicate
with both private and public works clients. Professional
registration in Land Surveying in California is required.

Project Engineer (Land Development)
Responsibilities involve design for varied projects,
including: improvement plans, drainage, rough and
precise grading plans, and utility plans. Further
engineering responsibilities include: computation
of grades, earth quantities, materials estimates,
and the preparation of technical engineering reports.
Directly reports to Project Manager, providing assistance
in all technical aspects of projects and assignments;
research; engineering assessments; and coordination
with private, public and governmental agencies. Qualifications
include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and
2-5 years of hands-on design experience. E.I.T. certification
and AutoCAD literacy preferred.

Design
Engineer
(Land Development)
Responsibilities entail coordination and design of
the objectives involved in various large and small
projects as established by Senior Project Managers.
Revision of project budgets relative to hours and
costs, gathering of background information from title
companies, public agencies, and other sources that
are relative to the project, communication of design
objectives with Cad Technicians, revision of client
and project objectives with Project Engineer as they
relate to the project design, design and drafting
coordination for each project, engineering calculations
when appropriate, and coordination of project completion
progress with Project Engineer. Qualifications include
a minimum of two (2) years experience in performing
mapping and civil engineering drafting, which shall
include at least two (2) years experience utilizing
AutoCAD (Release 14 and/or 2000) systems and techniques.
Prior work with a private consultant is a "plus".

CAD
Drafter
(Land Development)
This position is for quality-oriented persons for
work related to civil engineering drafting and minimal
design tasks. Work task include working under the
project engineer for design or drafting support as
required on a project basis. Projects include water,
roads, sewer, commercial, residential and public land
and site development. Interested individuals must
be skilled in AutoCAD 2000 & later versions in
preparing civil land use design documents. Skills
must include site plans, grading/drainage plans, construction
details, landscape plans, renderings. Prior use of
add-ons such as Autoturn, Softdesk, Land Development
Desktop and various cut/fill and hydrology software
a plus. Good communication abilities a must. Individual
should be comfortable in a team oriented environment.
