Project Surveyor, Sunnyvale, CA
Position entails full-scope site development surveying. Candidate should have 5+ years of experience preparing boundary and topographic mapping. Candidate should have a strong background of managing projects and clients. Applicant must be familiar with completing Alta Land Title surveys, control, boundary and topographic surveys. CAD Technician, Sunnyvale, CA
This position is for a quality-oriented professional with 3+ years of CAD experience working in a high pressure design team format. Design and production CAD work experience should highlight site layout, grading, utilities, parking and roadway geometry for a variety of project sizes and complexities. The candidate should be proficient in usage of AutoCAD, LDD and Civil 3D. Knowledge of Revit, Navisworks and other BIM software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication ability a must. Design Engineer, Sunnyvale, CA
Responsibilities involve design for varied projects, including: improvements plans, drainage, rough and precise grading plans, and utility plans.  Further engineering responsibilities include: cmputation of grades, earth quantities, materials estimates, design of domestic and fire water systems, sanitary sewer systems including lift stations and the preparation of technical engineering reports.  Directly reports to Project Manager, providing assistance in all technical aspects of projects and assignments, research, engineering assessments, and coordination with private, public and governmental agencies.
