Tripling
its size, Kaiser Permanente’s new $350
million, 35-acre medical center replaces the
existing aging campus just one mile away. The
new center allows for the expansion and inclusion
of services that were previously unavailable
including an Eye Surgery Center, an Outpatient
Procedure Center, an Urgent Care Center and
Women’s Imaging. Complete campus facilities
include a one 5-story, 500,000 s.f. medical
office building, a 5-story, 700,000 s.f., 400
bed acute care facility, two 4-story parking
structures and surface parking for 1,200 vehicles.
Sandis provided complete civil engineering and
surveying services including: plans for on-site
and off-site improvements, including: work along

and approvals from the five major agencies with

Clara, City of Sunnyvale, Santa Clara Valley
