SANDIS provided civil engineering, traffic engineering and surveying services for the development of a 187,500 SF office building and a parking structure with 271,390 SF of parking available with 5 levels above ground and 1 level below spanning below both the parking structure and office building. The 3.27 Acre site is located on Stevens Creek Boulevard in Santa Clara and borders Cupertino and San Jose. Offsite improvements to nearby roadways included traffic signal, signage and stripping, and geometric (including median) modifications. SANDIS staff worked closely with the City of Santa Clara (the lead agency for these improvements) to ensure design requirements from the City of Santa Clara, City of Cupertino, City of San Jose, and Caltrans were met with the proposed traffic signal improvements.
