DAVITA INDIAN TRAIL DIALYSIS

Sandis provided surveying services for the sale and development of commercial property in the Sundance Plaza development in Spokane’s ever-growing Indian Trail Neighborhood. Working with the buyer (Davita Kidney Care), the seller (Vandervert Developments), and local public agencies, the Sandis Surveying Office helped to transform this new commercial project to ensure the compliance and accuracy of site specifications for private and public entities. 

Sandis provided a boundary survey and prepared applications, exhibits, and legal descriptions to complete a City of Spokane Boundary Line Adjustment to revise the existing parcel to suit the development needs of Davita Kidney Care.

Sandis also provided a topographic survey to be used by DCI Engineers for the design of the new dialysis center, and an ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey for the financing and title insurance for the construction of the project.
