Sandis was brought on as a consultant in the procurement phase of the new Selkirk Pharma Manufacturing Facility. Sandis worked with the Real Estate Developer/Buyer, (Embree Development Group), the Seller (Vandervert Developments), and local public agencies to facilitate the purchase of a parcel of land for the development of a new state-of-the-art pharmaceuticals manufacturing facility. The new facility would be located within Vandervert’s Pacific Northwest Technology Park, a part of Spokane’s growing West Plains region.
Sandis provided boundary surveying and easement analysis to revise the existing lot lines and easements within Block 2 of the Pacific Northwest Technology Park Binding Site plan. Sandis surveying services worked to meet the needs of both Selkirk Pharma and Vandervert, while also complying with local agency requirements.
Sandis then prepared a City of Spokane Amended Binding Site Plan which, after agency review and approval, was recorded with the County Auditor resulting in the revised lot and easement configurations required to meet Selkirk’s site development needs. Sandis also provided a pre-construction ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey as required by the lender and title company for financing and title insurance for the project.
Upon completion, estimated for Q2 of 2022, Sandis will provide an as-built ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey as required for the final steps to opening the doors to begin operation. You can learn more about the Selkirk Pharma Manufacturing Facility here.
