bIOMARIN nOVATO cAMPUS

Sandis has completed several projects on the Biomarin Novato Campus. This campus includes a series of laboratory and research buildings that support Biomarin’s overall research and development effort. These include new buildings as well as infrastructure improvements to existing buildings to meet upgraded laboratory needs and code requirements.

Sandis worked closely with the design team on each project to identify what the site and utility requirements would be. Once these were defined, we coordinated with the applicable utility providers
and jurisdiction to ensure that any increased demand could be met by the existing public infrastructure.
