Sandis provided boundary and topographic surveys to be used by AHBL Engineering for the design of a new multi-family housing development. Sandis also provided a drone survey and orthorectified aerial imagery collected by our Part 107 Certified Remote Pilots.

The drone survey allowed Sandis to provide data and analysis beyond the project limits and in inaccessible areas. Sandis also prepared a City of Spokane Valley Short Plat to subdivide the subject property into two parcels: one for the existing Christ Fellowship Baptist Church to remain, and one for the new multi-family development.
