Sandis provided construction staking services for the development of a 440,877 s.f. hospital, 149,274 s.f. office building, and 314,144 s.f. garage. Services included: horizontal and vertical control, established control network at ground level with permanent monumentation and provided results with coordinates and exhibit; contractor staff training, assisted GC staff with learning how to use new survey equipment; temporary retaining wall, provided 2 stakes per pile for approximately 162 piles; rough grade hospital perimeter, provided rough grade stakes for the perimeter of excavation on approximate 75’ stations including changes of direction, high, low and grade-break points; rough grade – hospital interior, provided line and grade along grade-beam and footing locations including changes of direction, high points, low points, with grades marked subgrade elevation; building control.
