Experience matters here… I am the director of Engineering at Sandis. I have been a civil engineer for 19 years, and have been at Sandis for 15 of them. I have been graced with years of experience in all different types of projects. My experience ranging from design and analysis of domestic and fire water systems, roadway drainage, alignments, grading and earthwork, to erosion and sediment control procedures. I have worked on a lot of projects and really love taking what I learn from each project and applying it to the next one.

Keeping community in mind… I know you hear the term a lot, community driven, but when I say I bring it to my work I mean it–it was part of my upbringing. You get a different kind of understanding of what ‘community driven’ means when you grow up in a small farming town like Delhi, California.

I appreciate how hard people work, and what it’s like to build and maintain something together–it creates a sense of that community that we all strive for. I try to bring that mindset to every project I work on, and I have stayed at Sandis all these years because I believe this organization does the same.
