South Parking Structure

Sandis is provided civil engineering services for the development of Ohlone CCD”s new $22 million, 5-level parking structure. The 288,105 s.f. garage provided additional parking for 900+/- vehicles. The structural will also include a formal vehicular drop-off in the upper campus adjacent to the core of the campus. The garage provides parking to meet the demands of the projected enrollment growth, staff and student parking at the upper campus, clear pedestrian and vehicular entrances and circulation. Required DSA review and approval.
