Evergreen Valley College, South Campus Development

Sandis provided surveying and engineering services for the development of a $37.1 million two building campus center. Building A houses the Math and Science/Social Science program Building (76,397 s.f.) and Building B houses the Fitness Center Building (8,100 s.f.). Services included the preparation of a topographic survey; demolition plan; grading and drainage plan; utility plan (sanitary sewer, domestic water, gas, and fire water; storm water management plan; construction details; erosion control plan; erosion control notes and details; site fire protection plan; and horizontal control plan.
