Sandis provided surveying services for the development of a 1,850,000 s.f., 68,500 seat sports arena. Services including providing: site control network; building control; layout services; and monitoring. We also provided extensive 3D laser scanning throughout for as-builts and quality control.

Sandis has performed as-builts of concrete walls for flatness and plumb. By comparing pre-pour and post-pour data we are able to show the deflection in the I-beams and pan decking. Sandis also performed a “digital concrete core” analysis  to show the thickness of the poured concrete deck.
