It is with great pride and excitement that we announce the promotion of Nebiyu Taddesse to the role of Project Manager. For several years, Nebiyu has demonstrated outstanding dedication and leadership while successfully guiding his team. This promotion formally recognizes his incredible work ethic, professionalism, and deep commitment to client and team success. As a Project Manager, Nebiyu will continue to lead his current team, leveraging his exceptional care and respect for his staff to drive even greater achievements. A huge congratulations to John-Marc Eshelman on his promotion to Project Manager! John-Marc joined Sandis in 2019, and from the very beginning he has demonstrated a strong commitment to hard work and continuous growth.
He played an important role on the committee responsible for updating and developing Sandis’ standard details, and his passion for every project he works on truly stands out. John-Marc has become the local expert on the Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, contributing to nearly every project on the campus.
His cheerful, positive attitude and willingness to help on any project make him a true pleasure to have on the team. Well deserved, John-Marc!
Congratulations to Brendan Pang on obtaining his Professional Engineer (PE) License! Brendan has been a cornerstone of our Transportation Team since his first day with Sandis and is an incredible resource of knowledge and skill, which is put to great use on all the projects that he touches. This monumental achievement is a testament to his dedication to excellence and shows how he is a prime example of the best of our engineering field. We are excited to see what other great accomplishments his career has in store and hope he enjoys a well-earned break from studying in the meantime. Big congratulations, Brendan!
As many in the company can attest, Thurein Shwe is a thorough, well-versed, and brilliant engineer who has been an integral part of Sandis’ Transportation Team since he joined in 2023. He is always ready to help, whether it’s offering advice on niche transportation topics, or hopping on a project to ensure tight deadlines are met. He is a quick and eager learner, as well as a patient and kind teacher. His promotion to Project Engineer is incredibly well-deserved and represents his growth as a professional. We look forward to seeing how he and his team grow with this new role.
