City College of San Francisco

The City College of San Francisco Infrastructure project includes the design of a new water distribution system for the Ocean Avenue campus. The existing piping is aging and has begun to show signs of failure. Sandis provided passive, active, and radio detection with GPR.

The replacement system is being designed to consider the footprint of future buildings, sequencing to minimize interruptions to services, and accommodating constraints due to existing utilities. In addition to the water system more limited upgrades to the storm drainage and sanitary sewer systems are also being designed.
